CBB aids shortage of beds - need of the hour!

In light of increasing COVID-19 cases, most health care centers found themselves in a huge need of beds.  Adapting to the needs, CBB collaborated with Safe Corrugated Containers Private Limited - who designed innovative paper-based beds using proprietary paper honeycomb and corrugation technologies. 
The bed weighs around 13 kg and can comfortably sleep patients weighing up to 150 Kg. It is designed to handle associated impact loads while transferring the patient on and off the bed. Currently, the beds have been dispatched to eight PHCs (primary health care centers) in Vadalur, Kurinjipadi, and Vridhachalam.
